At ALCOVA / Design Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your curated home pieces. If an item doesn't perfectly suit your space, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original designer packaging and include all certificates of authenticity to ensure a safe transit back to our studio.

• 3.
  Ship to ALCOVA

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned design pieces, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
